ngGirls is an initiative that aims to introduce women to the world of technology and increase diversity. As the name implies, Angular is the main theme. ngGirls has already organized several full-day workshops, in which women made their first steps in Web development and, with the help of dedicated mentors, created an Angular application. The ngGirls team has many, various plans beyond that: weekly meetups for beginners, group projects (like contributing to Angular and other open-source repos), personal guidance, and more.
